Conveniently located in between the Seattle Central District and Belltown, in the historic Securities Building at 1904 3rd Avenue, Suite 614, my office is easily accessible via the following means:
BUS: A variety of buses stop by or near the Securities Building. Please determine the most convenient bus stops for you via the King County Transit website.
LIGHT RAIL: Westlake Station, right in the heart of downtown Seattle, is only about two blocks away from the office.
DRIVING/PARKING: As for parking, this is a popular neighborhood, indeed! For street parking, please refer to this neighborhood parking map, but please be aware that ‘occasion’ signage can change from day to day, based on factors such as construction zones, etc.
Additionally, there are two parking garages located at the Securities Building: The first is located at 1922 3rd Avenue, with more information available here. The other parking garage is located at 1913 4th Avenue, its entrance located just short of Hero Ace Hardware. More information about that garage is available here.
LOCATION DETAILS: The Securities Building is unmistakable. And, if you end up mistaking it, look for the building behind Macy’s along Stewart Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues. Here’s a map…
